About JDRG
The JDRG is formed of ten UK Rheumatology units and coordinated from the Juvenile Dermatomyositis Research Centre, The Institute of Child Health, London.

Each centre contributes data blood and tissue sample on their JDM patients to The JDM Cohort Biomarker Study and Repository (UK and Ireland) for use in research.
Our work on Juvenile Dermatomyositis has been moving forward rapidly in the past few years and to date over 290 families have now agreed to take part in the JDM Cohort Biomarker Study and Repository (UK and Ireland). We are currently part of many new exciting projects (see Research) to investigate the mechanisms of this rare but serious disease.
